I/We understand that:
There is a charge for each additional service that I have requested
An invoice will be provided for the pro-rated amount or minimum charge for the remainder of the financial year, whichever is greater
The invoice payment term is 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue. Non-payment of invoices will result in removal of bins
Ongoing charges will be invoiced annually on the 1st July until a written request to cancel is received and the bins have been removed
Invoices will be issued to the strata manager or managing authority should a strata manager not be appointed
If there is a change in strata management, I/We agree to:
i. Notify the new managing authority of the additional bin(s) and invoicing arrangements
ii. Notify Council providing details of the new managing authority
