About this Form

You may use this form to register your Mobile Food Vending Vehicle details and, if required apply for approval under Section 68 of the Local Government Act 1993 to operate a Mobile Food Vending Vehicle within the Hornsby Shire Local Government Area.

If you have enquiries regarding trading in a specific location, it is recommended you speak to Council's road safety team on 9847 6616 before submitting your application.

If you intend to operate a mobile food vending vehicle from private property you must comply with State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development) 2008 and provide the additional document listed below.
