Development Application Number *The Development Application (DA) number can be found at the under the Enquiry Detail View heading, at top of the previous page. It will have a similar format to DA/NNN/YYYY.

Address of Proposed Development *The address of the property for the proposed development can be found on the previous screen under the Property Details heading.
